Rise of Islam is a dreary discourse, in contemporary Islamic thought. This phenomenon is not entirely clear, but not vice versa can also be said it is not clear. This was probably caused by a gap of ijtihad Jurisprudence. Perhaps also because of the shadows of history since the Crusades still dominate the view some people until now, or because the activists involved in this issue are the preachers in general, not the politicians or legal experts. Moreover, most of them reject the symbols of Islam in present-day phenomenon. They are the ones who are at intermediate level, not including the leading family or backward.
Meanwhile, the essential methodological problems require confirmation before the rise of Islam raises issues, namely rights issues among citizens. That is why, structures or elements of the resurrection also need boundaries so that we know the views that must be followed and measures should be used to assess these views. On the other hand, we must recognize that a researcher faces many difficulties in explaining the phenomenon of Islamic thinking objectively. That is, when we try to reveal the phenomenon of Islam from the perspective of equality between citizens, methodologically we deal with two fundamental questions, namely "who" and "what."
