Yusuf Al-Qaradawi Fatwa in Contemporary Fatwas, asserted, do not hoard merchandise when people really need it, in order to obtain abundant earnings. Therefore, it is an unlawful act. This prohibition covers all merchandise. Not only the basic ingredients.
He quoted the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad to support his argument. "It will not be hoarding except the evildoers," the hadith narrated by Muslim and Abu Daud. Predicate khathi'un or evildoers, do not be a trivial matter. Allah called the Pharaoh and Hamman and his army with the same title.
In Al-Qashash verse 8, God says that in fact the Pharaoh and Hamman and his army are people who are guilty. Same view was also conveyed Sayyid Sabiq contained in his book Fiqh Sunnah. He reasoned, based on the nature of hoarding greedy and low morals and harming the public interest.
Prophet Muhammad through the hadith narrated by Ahmad Hakim, Ibn Abi Syaibah, and Al-Bazzaz, revealed, people who hoard food items for 40 days and then were separated from God and God had been innocent of the person.

Nickname for hoarders than sinners are bad-bad people.
Through his book, Jami, Razin depict the Prophet's words about the hoarders of goods. Ugly-ugly servants are hoarders of goods. If they hear stuff it will not be pleased. Conversely, when the price of goods becomes expensive then the excitement surrounding them.
According to Sayyid Sabiq, a number of Jurists set limits when hoarding of goods declared unlawful. There are a number of categories: first, goods piled more than necessary for the full year requirement.
A person is allowed to hoard food livelihood for themselves and their families for one year.
Second, the owner of the goods stockpiled awaiting the rising prices of goods. So, he sold goods at higher prices. He got very high profits. And third, Stockpiling done when people really need the stuff.
For example, food, clothes and other goods that are needed. According to Sayyid Sabiq, if the goods are on the traders were not required by the community it is not considered a landfill. With reason, do not make trouble for the public.
Traders are also reminded to complete the dosing of goods it sells. "And the full measure and weight with justice." So Allah SWT states in Al-An'am paragraph 152. In another surah, Al-Israa verse 35, and surah Al-Muthaffifin [83] paragraphs 1-3, also confirmed the same thing.
In the letter, the traders are required to refine dosing and weighing the balance right. That's a more mainstream and better result. God also forbade the traders to cheat when playing and measure and weigh.
The Prophet Muhammad recommended traders overestimate the number of scales. Suwaid bin Qais, the history says, he and Al-Abadi Makhrafah had brought some clothes from the ground Hagar to Mecca. Messenger pass and both offer a trouser. Messenger even buy it.
At that time, there is someone who is weighing the goods, then Muhammad SAW said, "weigh and exaggerated." This hadith is narrated by Turmuzi, An Nasai, and Ibn Majah.
